VUELVEN LAS VISITAS A
"SECOND WIND 2005" de JAMES TURRELL Tras un breve periodo de
restauración, la Fundación NMAC pone nuevamente en marcha las visitas al
atardecer, a la obra de James Turrell " Second Wind, 2005". Estas
visitas que se realizarán cada jueves y cada sábado, permitirá contemplar el
mayor skyspace de Europa en toda su plenitud, proporcionando una experiencia
única. No esperes más para hacer tu reserva, recuerda que el aforo es limitado.
Return of James Turrell " Second
Wind" guided visits to the Light sequence. After a period of restoration
NMAC Foundation opens the guided visits to the light sequence of work
"Second Wind" by James Turrell. The visits will take place every
Thursday and Saturday upon previous reservation. Once again the public will be
able to perceive the spectrum of Turrell's colours looking at the sky from the
magical Stupa he created in this project. Do not wait any longer to make your
reservation. Places are limited.
TALLER DE CREACIÓN ARTÍSTICA DE
LA MANO DEL ARTISTA WILFREDO PRIETO
Del 26 al 29 de julio, la
Fundación NMAC realizará un taller de creación artística, dirigido por el
artista cubano Wilfredo Prieto. Este taller titulado " Incidencias de lo
privado a lo público y de lo público a lo privado" ofrece la oportunidad
de conocer el trabajo de uno de los artistas de más proyección internacional y
obtener una experiencia pedagógica que sirva de estímulo a la propia creación

From July 26th to 29th the NMAC foundation is
organizing an artists workshop guided by the international Cuban artists
Wilfredo Prieto. The workshop "Incidents from the private to the public
and from the public to the private" will offer participants the
opportunity to learn more about Prieto's work and to establish and pedagogic
experience, which will stimulate participants artistic creation. If you are an
artists and you are interested in participating send us your application.

" Museos en un mundo
cambiante. Nuevos retos, nuevas inspiraciones", es el lema elegido por el
ICOM para celebrar este año, el Día Internacional de los Museos. Una temática
que reconoce el esfuerzo de los museos por adaptarse a los avances tecnológicos.
Desde NMAC os invitamos a consultar el monográfico que sobre esta temática
publica la revista ICOM-CE Digital y os proponemos celebrar este día junto a
nosotros en una jornada festiva de puertas abiertas.
INTERNATIONAL MUSEUM DAY, MAY 18 th
" A changing world, New challenges and new
inspirations" is the theme selected by ICOM for the International Museum
day. A theme recognizes the efforts done by museums to adapt to the new
technological era. From the NMAC Foundation we invite you to read about this on
the Digital review published by ICOM- CE and we propose you to celebrate this
day with a free entrance at NMAC.

Ya es primavera y para celebrarlo
la Fundación NMAC, vuelve a abrir sus puertas en horario de tarde. Desde el día
1 de abril, nuestro horario es de 10:00 a 14:00 h y de 16:00 a 18:30 h de
martes a domingo. ¡ Disfruta del nuevo paisaje que ofrece nuestro parque de
esculturas !
SPRING AND SUMMER TIMETABLE
We are in Spring!! And to celebrate its arrival
the NMAC Foundation will open its doors all the day long. From April 1st our
new timetable is: From 10:00 to 14:00 h and from 16:00 to 18:30 h from Tuesday
to Sunday. Come to see NMAC 's landscape with spring flowers.

Los pasados días 14 y 15 de marzo
tuvo lugar en el Museo Provincial de Cádiz, el ciclo de conferencias "
Herramientas educativas y culturales en la era digital. 2.0 y Redes
Sociales" subvencionado por el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte.
En ellas pudimos debatir, acerca de la adaptación a las nuevas tecnologías, la
escasez de medios humanos y el largo camino que aún se debe recorrer, para la
correcta implementación de estas herramientas digitales. Desde NMAC queremos
dar las gracias a todos los participantes en estas jornadas. En el siguiente

SEMINAR ON "Educational and cultural tools
on the Digital 2.0 social networks"
Last March 14th and 15th the NMAC Foundation
organised at the Museum of Cadiz a seminar supported by the Ministry of
Education, Culture and Sports where the use of new technologies by museums was
the main theme of discussion. From the NMAC Foundation we will like to thank
